About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Management Trainee – MBA Fresher.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate across key business functions such as operations, supply chain, retail, digital commerce, and business development.
• Assist in planning and executing business initiatives.
• Analyze operational and financial data.
• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Support process improvement projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in market research and customer insights activities.
• Contribute to strategic discussions under the guidance of senior leaders.
• Learn quickly, take ownership of assigned tasks, and demonstrate potential for future leadership roles.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Comfort working with data and presentations.

Qualifications

• MBA (fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience) in Management, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend practical solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Basic understanding of business operations, supply chain, retail or FMCG, and an interest in agriculture, food distribution, or digital commerce.
• Demonstrated learning agility, initiative, and a proactive approach to taking responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Ethical, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards of quality and customer-centric thinking.
• Willingness to work on-site in Chennai.
• Willingness to participate in cross-functional rotations as per business requirements.
