Associate Java Frontend Developer

About the Role

Saatvik Agro is seeking an Associate Java Frontend Developer for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India. This role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in frontend development, Java-based web applications, user interface development, responsive web design, API integration, enterprise applications, and modern software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve responsive web interfaces.
• Develop dashboards, internal applications, enterprise platforms, and reusable frontend components.
• Create digital solutions connected with Java-based backend services.
• Collaborate with software, backend, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, semantic HTML, responsive design, and modern frontend development fundamentals.
• Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, debugging, code reviews, and collaborative software development workflows.
• Browser developer tools, frontend debugging, performance profiling, network inspection, and troubleshooting.
• SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB (for understanding application data flows).
• AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD (considered an advantage).
• Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, requirements gathering, user stories, technical documentation, sprint planning, issue tracking (advantageous).
• Java backend services, Spring Boot APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, full stack Java applications (additional advantage).
• Automation, analytics, ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, manufacturing applications, enterprise software (beneficial).

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Final-year students completing their degree and available for full-time employment may also apply.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in frontend development, Java web development, software development, UI development, application development, full stack development, web development, or related technology roles.
• Basic to good knowledge of core frontend technologies.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
• Strong willingness to learn new frontend frameworks, Java technologies, APIs, UI libraries, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern software engineering practices.

Beneficial Skills & Technologies

• Frontend frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar.
• Understanding of reusable components, routing, forms, event handling, state management, frontend architecture, and component-based application development.
• State management technologies like Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar.
• UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar.
• Basic understanding of Core Java and Java-based application development concepts.
