About the Role
BKM Capital Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Investor Relations Data & Research Intern to support a CRM update project in preparation for their next fundraise. This temporary, part-time role will focus on researching institutional real estate investors and populating their CRM with key decision-maker information, contributing to a comprehensive and accurate database for investor outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Research target real estate firms and identify the Chief Investment Officer and relevant real estate investment team members.
- Add new contacts to HubSpot with accurate name, title, email, phone, and company details.
- Verify existing records before adding new contacts to prevent duplicates.
- Link each contact to the correct company record within HubSpot.
- Assist with a final data cleanup pass, addressing duplicates, missing fields, and unassigned records.
- Track progress and report questions or incomplete information to the team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- HubSpot or other CRM experience is a plus (training will be provided).
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
- LinkedIn, company websites, and industry databases for research.
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate.
- Ideally in finance, real estate, business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfort with repetitive, high-accuracy data entry.
- Solid research skills.
- Interest in real estate, investment management, or capital markets is a plus.
Schedule: November 9 – December 18, 2026
Hours: Approximately 15–20 hours per week
