Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator who can design engaging social media creatives and edit short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, visual storytelling, and engaging content formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching static posts, banners, and social media graphics using Canva
• Create engaging carousel posts, infographics, and multi-slide creatives
• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook videos using CapCut, InShot, or similar editing tools
• Add subtitles, text overlays, transitions, music, effects, and animations to videos
• Adapt creatives and videos to different social media platforms and formats
• Follow brand guidelines, maintain visual consistency, and meet content deadlines
• Stay updated with trending reel formats, editing styles, templates, and social media trends
• Work with the content team to turn ideas, scripts, and references into engaging visual content
• Make revisions and deliver high-quality content within the required timelines

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good working knowledge of Canva
• Hands-on experience with CapCut, InShot, or similar video editing applications
• Ability to create professional-looking static posts and carousel designs
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, and YouTube Shorts
• Good sense of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual composition
• Ability to add readable subtitles and engaging text overlays

Qualifications

• Creativity, attention to detail, and time management
• A portfolio of previous designs and video edits is preferred
• Freshers with strong creative skills and a good portfolio are welcome to apply
• Candidates who can independently handle both graphic design and short-form video editing will be preferred
