Delivery Associate

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and energetic Delivery Associates for OFG (Order Fulfilment Group) to join our operations team based out of Bangalore. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates / candidates early in their career to build a strong foundation in IT product delivery, vendor coordination, and order management.

Key Responsibilities

• Release Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support negotiation on pricing with vendors/suppliers as required.
• Check and confirm material availability with OEMs/vendors before order processing.
• Coordinate closely with the internal sales team and route requirements to the right vendors.
• Organize and follow up on all pending orders/deliveries until closure.
• Coordinate vendor payments and liaise with the accounts team to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, vendor communication, and delivery status.
• Prepare basic reports and trackers (Excel) for management visibility on order status.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 02 years of experience; freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Strong learning capacity and willingness to understand technical/IT products.
• Good coordination skills to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to manage constant follow-ups with vendors and internal teams.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and report preparation; basic computer literacy.
• Adaptability to different working conditions and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Adaptability and flexibility to handle varying work requirements and schedules.
• Knowledge of the SAP MM module is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidates based in Bangalore, preferably residing close to central Bengaluru, will be preferred.
