About the Role
Benevis is seeking 2027 dental student graduates for various roles in the Atlanta metro area. This opportunity is specifically for students graduating in May/June/July 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dental services to patients.
- Participate in activities to promote a positive image of the company.
- Engage in morning huddles, plan the day, and show appreciation for team members.
- Work with a patient base that is primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults.
- Support the mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and create smiles for children and adults.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
- Other required certifications: CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
- Experience with:
- DentaPro software
- Digital x-ray and Panorex units
- Fiber-optic handpieces
- Yearly OSHA, HIPPA, and Emergency Management training.
- Understanding of office flow with an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
- Familiarity with a payor mix including state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network.

- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
- Enjoy working with children.
- Willingness to participate in mentoring and collaboration for growth and development.
- Eligible for licensure in states where providing care.
