About the Role

Fleeter – Truck Booking & Logistics Solutions is seeking a full-time, remote Commission Sales Associate. This role is responsible for identifying and contacting potential fleet owners, transporters, and business clients to introduce Fleeter’s truck booking and logistics solutions, and to build long-term relationships to drive consistent load and vehicle bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting for leads through calls and online channels.
• Explaining Fleeter’s truck booking and logistics solutions.
• Negotiating commission-based deals.
• Coordinating with operations teams for smooth vehicle placement and freight coordination.
• Maintaining accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions.
• Following up on inquiries.
• Providing regular updates on market trends and customer needs.
• Working towards sales targets.
• Contributing to expanding Fleeter’s reliable fleet network.
• Representing the company in a professional, customer-focused manner.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with phones, messaging apps, and basic office and CRM tools for lead tracking and reporting.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setup.
• Strong time management, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills in logistics, transportation, or related B2B services, with the ability to prospect, negotiate, and close commission-based deals.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills to engage fleet owners, transporters, and business clients and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic understanding of truck types, freight movement, and logistics operations, or willingness to quickly learn industry terminology and processes.
• Prior experience in brokerage, logistics, supply chain, or transportation sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field is an added benefit.
• Knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
