About the Role
This position is part of the 2026 SheBuilds Mentorship Program, preparing mentees for resume and interview workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 resume and interview coaching sessions for mentees.
- Review mentee resumes prior to coaching sessions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Must be a mentee participating in the 2026 SheBuilds Mentorship Program in India.
- Must be registered to participate in 1:1 Coaching.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in HR or any related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environment.
- Experience with technical tracking systems/software (like ATS).
