About the Role
This is a career support role for laid-off candidates, not a recruitment or job placement role.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide laid-off professionals through the Career Transition program and help them become job-ready through continuous support.
- Explain the Career Transition program to laid-off candidates and onboard them.
- Regularly connect with candidates to understand their concerns, provide emotional support, and guide them.
- Help candidates improve their resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Coordinate with Coaches to schedule coaching sessions based on Coach's experience and domain/industry.
- Conduct weekly follow-ups through calls and emails to track progress.
- Share job market insights and hiring trends to keep candidates informed.
- Be innovative, flexible, and quality conscious while delivering on client engagements and coordinating with clients, external vendors, and connecting with various recruiters/HR.
- Deliver on stretched targets and extended goals as and when required.
- Adhere to internal processes and contribute to internal activities.

- Multi-tasking skills and quality of work with minimal errors.
- Capacity to work with a wide variety of individuals from different educational backgrounds.
- Must possess strong empathy and sensitivity to emotional reactions.
