About the Role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults. This role offers meaningful patient care and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs):
• Bathing
• Personal hygiene
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility activities.
• Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Follow care plans and caregiver instructions.
• Document care as required.
• Build positive relationships with patients and families.
• Communicate patient concerns and observations to clinical staff.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test or screening as required.
• Valid government-issued identification.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to document care accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required for patient care.
• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility activities.
• Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly.
• Ability to work in a home care environment safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Experience working with pediatric or medically fragile patients.
• Preferred: Home health experience.

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
• Flexible scheduling based on availability.
• Day, evening, and weekend opportunities may be available.
• Consistent one-on-one assignments.
