Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good understanding of computer fundamentals.
• Good understanding of Windows operating systems.
• Good understanding of basic troubleshooting.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Good analytical skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Good written communication skills.
• Basic awareness of ITIL processes and IT service management is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to IT infrastructure concepts such as Windows administration, Active Directory, or endpoint management.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, batch scripting, or any programming language is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, preferably B.E./B.Tech pass out in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of programming or scripting concepts is preferred.
