Onboarding Intern

About the Role

• Support merchants through onboarding and help them go live on Shopflo's checkout.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and test checkout setups on Shopify stores, including payments, shipping, and discounts.
• Coordinate with merchants, the integrations team, and internal stakeholders to resolve blockers quickly.
• Maintain onboarding trackers and update merchant status, timelines, and next steps.
• Document learnings, common issues, and SOPs to help the team scale.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Shopify basics: you know how a store, products, themes, and apps work.
• A good understanding of e-commerce, such as the checkout funnel, cart abandonment, and conversion.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• You don't need prior onboarding or SaaS experience.
• If you love e-commerce and like solving problems, you'll learn fast here.
