Growth Marketing Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Growth Marketing Intern who is passionate about social media, content creation, startups, and AI. You will work directly with the founding team to experiment with growth strategies, build our online presence, acquire users, and help us reach students across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging content, reels, short-form videos, memes, and educational posts.
• Brainstorm and execute creative growth marketing campaigns.
• Build relationships with college communities, student clubs, and campus influencers.
• Explore influencer marketing and student ambassador programs.
• Identify creative ways to acquire new users and drive product adoption.
• Research competitors, market trends, and student behavior.
• Track marketing performance and experiment with different growth strategies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently pursuing a college degree (any stream).
• Actively uses social media and understands internet trends.
• Creative thinker with an interest in marketing, startups, and technology.
• Good communication and storytelling skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to take ownership.
• Excited about AI and the future of education.

Good to Have

• Experience creating Instagram reels or social media content.
• Basic video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Experience managing a social media page or college community.
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital marketing.
