Engineer Intern

About the Role

DriveLink is a growing technology company focused on building innovative solutions for the mobility and transportation ecosystem. The Engineer Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role provides practical exposure to engineering practices, mentorship, and opportunities to build foundational technical and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with designing, developing, and testing engineering solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
• Write and review code.
• Run experiments or simulations.
• Document technical findings.
• Support integration and debugging activities.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams.
• Participate in stand-ups and project discussions.
• Contribute to improving existing tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong foundational knowledge in engineering or computer science.
• Familiarity in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or similar).
• Ability to understand and apply basic software development or engineering principles, including problem-solving, debugging, and documentation.
• Comfort working with technical tools and platforms commonly used in engineering projects.
• Willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment and present ideas clearly in writing and conversation.
• Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
• Interest in the mobility, automotive, or transportation technology domain is a plus.
• Prior project or internship experience is a plus.
