About the Role
We're looking for a creative, independent marketer with strong visual design skills to help shape and execute marketing for two growing businesses: Hylton-Rodic Law (HRL) and EPIARX Diagnostics. This is an opportunity to own and drive marketing initiatives from concept through execution, with the ability to think independently, design thoughtfully, write clearly, and take ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain marketing calendars across both organizations, planning and executing social media, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and other recurring content.
- Create original digital and physical marketing materials, including graphics, brochures, presentations, conference materials, advertisements, mailers, branded collateral, and other content.
- Help develop and evolve our brands, including creative concepts, new service logos, visual identities, messaging, templates, and campaign ideas.
- Write and translate complex subjects into clear, engaging content tailored to distinct professional and consumer audiences.
- Maintain and improve our websites, including content, layout, imagery, landing pages, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Support CRM and email marketing, including campaign development, audience segmentation, and marketing workflows.
- Partner with business development and leadership to identify opportunities, propose ideas, and execute initiatives that support organizational growth.
- Manage projects independently, coordinating timelines, feedback, approvals, and publication without constant oversight.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong visual design ability, including original creative concepts, typography, composition, layout, and brand consistency.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Experience creating digital and/or physical marketing materials, including content, collateral, campaigns, or brand assets.
- Experience with website content management and familiarity with CRM, email marketing, or related digital marketing platforms.
- Demonstrated project ownership, from understanding an objective and developing an idea through execution and delivery.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and independent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with creative software and modern marketing tools, including the ability to leverage AI thoughtfully to improve research, workflows, and production efficiency.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in marketing, graphic design, visual communication, advertising, or a related field.
Especially valuable: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Squarespace, GoHighLevel or comparable CRM platforms, SEO, brand identity development, photography, and print production.
Qualifications
- Emerging professional with strong creative instincts, sound judgment, and the maturity to own their work.
- We welcome early-career applicants with strong portfolios, meaningful internships, freelance experience, or demonstrated ownership of creative projects.
Compensation & Benefits
- $55,000–$75,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Full-time, in-person position.
- Eligible for overtime.
- Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with employer matching; commuter benefits; paid time off; mental-health days; birthday leave; Sunshine Fridays; professional-development support; and an extended year-end holiday break.
