Key Responsibilities

• Assist in statutory and internal audits.
• Prepare working papers.
• Help with documentation and compliance.
• Perform bookkeeping.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Assist with basic tax computations and filings.
• Maintain client files.
• Organize data.
• Support the preparation of reports, schedules, and presentations.
• Follow firm methodologies.
• Meet deadlines.
• Actively participate in learning and training initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Excel
• MS Word
• General computer literacy

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in accounting principles, auditing concepts, and basic taxation.
• Skills in MS Excel, Word, and general computer literacy for data handling and documentation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Enrollment in or completion of a professional course such as CA (IPCC/Inter level) or an equivalent program is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to firm policies, and uphold professional ethics.
