Entry-Level Campus Command Center Operator

About the Role

As an Operations Center Technician, you will help maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from our Facilities Command Center. You will identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinating emergency responses when disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages occur. Working closely with internal teams and emergency services, you will ensure a safe environment and help restore normal operations quickly and effectively.

This position requires relocation to Madison, WI, with financial relocation assistance provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time alerts.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field.
