About the Role
The Integrated Operations Partner – Workforce Catalyst provides the operational infrastructure and cross-functional coordination necessary for the Workforce Catalyst network to activate and scale effectively. This role translates the emerging Catalyst operating model into disciplined execution, ensuring alignment with Talent RP's broader priorities. Unlike other Integrated Operations Partner roles, this position is responsible for building the operational conditions for Catalyst success while supporting network activation and performance visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating model activation: Develop and operationalize the Workforce Catalyst operating model, establishing consistent ways of working, clear expectations, and scalable activation approaches.
- Funding and investment coordination: Support Growth Arena funding opportunities, coordinate investment requests, track funding status, and provide operational support for funding case development and submission.
- GTM activation and performance visibility: Translate Catalyst GTM priorities into integrated execution support, track activation progress, surface performance signals and adoption gaps, and provide a clear view of network performance.
- Cross-functional coordination: Act as the connective tissue between Workforce Catalysts, Offering Leads, and Offering Development, coordinating workforce reinvention content integration.
- IO system navigation: Ensure the Catalyst network benefits from IO and central LEAP capabilities, representing Catalyst needs in Talent RP prioritization.
Profile for Success
- Credible senior operator with strong business judgment and the ability to build trusted relationships across an emerging, matrixed network.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, helping to build an operating model while supporting its activation.
- Strong systems thinker capable of connecting funding, activation, performance, and content workstreams.
- Skilled at coordinating across multiple stakeholders (Catalyst leads, Offering Leads, IO leadership, central functions) with clarity.
- Commercially minded with an appreciation for GTM execution, investment governance, and performance visibility.
- Highly collaborative and a bias toward building scalable approaches.
- Confidence to establish structure where little currently exists.
- Experience in workforce transformation, talent strategy, or a related domain is a strong advantage.
