About the Role
- Participate in the 2027 On-site Summer Internship program at Lonza Portsmouth.
- The program is approximately 10 weeks in length, from May to August.
- Interns will work 40 hours per week.
- Immerse in daily operations at Lonza as an MSAT Scientist.
- Provide support to MSAT Laboratories or manufacturing processes.
- Assist with other department initiatives.
- Perform assigned duties according to specified procedures.
- Work will be performed within established procedures and detailed instructions will be provided.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Completion of junior year (typically 90 credits) towards a B.S. degree in a Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering related degree program.
- Must currently be enrolled in a BS or MS Academic Program.
Qualifications
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (out of 4) required.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to contribute as a team member.
- Ability to organize, plan and execute projects.
- Research skills and attention to detail.
