About the Role
Pilot Company is seeking a Revenue Growth Management Intern for the summer of 2027 in Knoxville, Tennessee. This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience in revenue growth management and advanced analytics, with mentorship from Data & AI professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic analysis of marketing and promotional performance to understand how marketing investments influence guest behavior and promotional success.
- Assist with marketing and retail analytics, analyzing promotional and guest behavior data to evaluate marketing campaign and in-store promotion effectiveness.
- Support data analysis and insights generation using Excel and SQL, identifying trends that influence business performance.
- Investigate marketing impact by assessing the effectiveness of various marketing packages and promotions.
- Recommend business solutions based on data-driven findings to improve promotional performance.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL is essential.
- Experience working with large datasets, reporting tools, or analytical platforms is a plus.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Coursework in SQL, analytics, or data management is preferred.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of curiosity, a desire to learn, and an eagerness to contribute to a collaborative environment.
Additional Information
- This is a full-time, in-person internship running from June 7 – August 13, 2027.
- Location: Knoxville headquarters.
