About the Role
Redient Security is offering an HR Internship Program designed to provide practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations, professional communication, and real-world HR processes.
Internship Duration Options:

Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Communicate with candidates and manage recruitment follow-ups.
- Work with HR portals, recruitment platforms, and professional tools.
- Participate in live hiring activities for client requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and assigned projects.
- Support the team in achieving recruitment and operational objectives.
