Management Trainee, Talent Acquisition

About the Role

Zycus is seeking driven graduates for a 3-month, full-time Management Trainee program within the Talent Acquisition team. This role offers the potential for a full-time position based on performance. It is suited for fresh Engineering or MBA graduates who enjoy working with people, business, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the full hiring cycle for non-technical roles: sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding
• Find great talent through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
• Pitch Zycus to candidates and showcase why it is a great place to work
• Manage the candidate pipeline with timely follow-ups and a smooth experience
• Work with hiring managers and the TA team to match hiring to business needs
• Track hiring metrics and share insights that improve sourcing and reduce time-to-hire

Requirements & Tech Stack

• B.E/B.Tech/MBA from a reputed institute (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills and a persuasive, consultative style
• High ownership and disciplined follow-up
• A go-getter who performs well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Available full-time for the 3-month program

Good to Have

• MBA degree
• Internship experience in recruitment, HR, or sales
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
• Understanding of SaaS business models
