Position: HR Trainee
Location: Bommasandra, Bangalore
CTC: ₹2.4 LPA
Qualification: MBA / MSW
Work Mode: Onsite / Full Time
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain HR records and employee database
- Help in payroll inputs, attendance tracking
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities
- Assist HR Manager in day-to-day operations
Requirements
- MSW degree is a must
- Fresher or up to 1 year experience in HR
- Good MS Excel and communication skills
- Willing to learn and grow in HR function
