About the Role

The Volunteer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role supports day-to-day operations in a manufacturing environment, assisting teams in areas such as production support, basic documentation, and coordination between departments. The position offers hands-on exposure to precision manufacturing and solar structure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations in the manufacturing environment.
• Assist teams in production support, basic documentation, and coordination between departments.
• Help track work orders.
• Maintain organized records.
• Support quality checks under supervision.
• Contribute to simple process improvement activities.
• Assist with inventory-related tasks.
• Prepare reports.
• Provide general administrative support to engineering, production, and quality teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Fundamental understanding of manufacturing or engineering processes, with an interest in precision components, sheet metal fabrication, or solar structures.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) for documentation and reporting.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to shop-floor conditions, and follow safety, quality, and ISO 9001:2015-compliant practices.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Educational background in engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or related fields (diploma or degree) is beneficial but not mandatory.
