Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Outreach Specialist Intern to join our team in Kolkata. The intern will primarily be responsible for link-building outreach for our clients and partners. This role involves researching relevant websites, identifying potential publishing opportunities, communicating with website owners and publishers, and managing follow-ups. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in digital marketing, SEO, communication, and online relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant websites, blogs, publishers, and potential link-building opportunities.
• Conduct email and other forms of outreach to website owners, publishers, and potential partners.
• Prepare professional outreach emails, proposals, and follow-up messages.
• Build and maintain relationships with publishers and website owners.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to secure link-building opportunities.
• Coordinate with the SEO and content teams to understand campaign requirements.
• Maintain outreach records, track responses, and update campaign progress.
• Ensure professional communication with clients, publishers, and partners.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass. Graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic English writing and comprehension skills.
• Ability to research websites and identify relevant outreach opportunities.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of email communication and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO, link building, or digital marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and meet deadlines.
• Freshers are welcome. We value communication skills, willingness to learn, consistency, and a proactive attitude over prior work experience.

Compensation & Employment Details

• Position: Full-time Internship
• Work Mode: On-site
• Location: Kolkata
• Compensation: Stipend-based. Selected candidates will receive a stipend during the internship period. This is an internship position.
