Key Responsibilities
- Review and process property insurance claims in accordance with established guidelines.
- Verify claim documents, policy details, and supporting information.
- Analyze claim information to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain claim records and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related queries.
Requirements & Tech Stack
Domain: Property Insurance / Claims Processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Any Graduate (Mandatory).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards.
Candidates with International Voice Process experience may also be considered.
Prior experience in insurance or property claims will be an added advantage.
Candidates with backgrounds in International Voice, Customer Support, Insurance Operations, and related process environments are welcome to apply.
