Marketing and Growth Intern

About the Role

AR Power is a deep-tech startup building technology platforms for the power electronics industry. We are developing solutions for semiconductor modelling, component selection, and electrothermal simulation to help engineers accelerate product development and design workflows. We are looking for a proactive and confident Marketing & Growth Intern to support our customer acquisition, outreach, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing & Outreach
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach to engage target engineers, companies, and relevant industry professionals.
• Identify potential customers and build relationships across the power electronics and semiconductor ecosystem.
• Support marketing initiatives and prepare outreach and promotional materials.
• Customer Engagement
• Coordinate meetings and product demonstrations with prospective customers.
• Introduce AR Power and its products to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements, interests, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate lead information and update records in the company CRM.
• Follow-up & Reporting
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Track outreach activities, meetings, and lead conversions.
• Prepare reports summarising outreach, customer feedback, and key learnings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed B.Tech, BBA, or MBA.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confidence in communicating with professionals and initiating conversations with new people.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organised, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Preferred Qualification

• Background in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering will be an added advantage.
