About the Role

The Business Operation Intern will support daily operational activities to ensure smooth coordination across functions at Innoknowvex. This internship role is on-site and based in Bengaluru South.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection and analysis for business decisions.
• Support business process documentation.
• Help track operational metrics and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows.
• Contribute to reports and presentations.
• Support customer-facing activities where needed.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Handle basic customer service queries.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

• Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Comfort working with data.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Business Operations and Business Analysis.
• Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
• Effective Communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
• Customer Service orientation.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, management, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, learning-focused environment.
• Interest in education technology, innovation in learning, and developing real-world problem-solving capabilities.
