Operations Associate

About the Role

The Operations Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and optimizing day-to-day operational processes across the business insurance platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle data entry and verification.
• Manage internal workflows.
• Assist in tracking and resolving operational issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding, policy management, and service delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Operations skills, including process coordination, workflow management, and attention to detail.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills to interpret data, recognize patterns, and suggest improvements.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for both written and verbal interactions.
• Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high-quality client experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and use digital tools and productivity software.

Additional qualifications such as experience in insurance, financial services, or operations support are beneficial.

Relevant academic background in business, operations, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
