Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities
• Connect with customers for Home Loan requirements
• Lead generation & customer acquisition
• Build customer relationships
• Field visits and market development
• Learn Banking, Finance & Business Development

Requirements & Tech Stack

Location: Multiple Locations in Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Surat, Junagadh, Surendranagar)

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduates (2024 onwards)
• B.Com | BBA | BA | BMS
• Students pursuing final-year graduation who have successfully completed their 5th Semester.
• Students under AEDP (Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Program).

Offer

• ₹14,000/month – First 6 Months
• ₹18,000/month – Next 6 Months
• Eligible for performance-based incentives after 3 months of Internship.
• After successful completion of 18 months, candidates may be elevated to the position of Team Leader, subject to performance and eligibility criteria.
