STEM Trainer Intern

Sheeshvian Technologies Private Limited is an emerging technology and education solutions company focused on transforming how students learn, explore, and innovate. The organization designs and implements advanced STEM, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and experiential learning solutions for schools and educational institutions. Its work spans STEM and robotics labs, AI and machine learning, IoT, drones and aeromodelling, AR/VR, 3D printing, and coding and computational thinking.

The STEM Trainer Intern is a full-time hybrid role based in Faridabad, with a mix of on-site training sessions and some work-from-home tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of STEM, robotics, AI, and coding workshops in schools and partner institutions.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and hands-on activities.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining STEM labs.
• Demonstrate educational kits and tools.
• Guide students through practical experiments and projects.
• Conduct interactive sessions.
• Resolve basic technical issues.
• Document student progress.
• Coordinate with teachers and school staff to align activities with curriculum objectives.
• Contribute to content development, training materials, and feedback reports.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong foundational knowledge in STEM disciplines, such as science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
• Basic understanding of robotics, electronics, and microcontroller-based kits (e.g., Arduino, similar platforms).
• Exposure to programming concepts and coding in languages commonly used for education (e.g., Scratch, Python, block-based coding).
• Interest or experience in emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, drones, AR/VR, or 3D printing.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, engaging way.
• Strong classroom management, facilitation, and collaboration skills when working with students and teachers.
• Ability to plan and organize workshops, maintain training equipment, and document activities and outcomes clearly.
• Enthusiasm for education, mentoring young learners, and promoting creativity and problem-solving through hands-on learning.
• Willingness to travel within Faridabad and nearby areas for school-based sessions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in engineering, computer science, education, or a related field.
