About the Role

As an IT Technician at the Politis Group, you will be responsible for the support of the entire local IT infrastructure at the Pune City location.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of systems.
• Providing direct technical support to on-site employees.
• Analyzing and resolving issues.
• Documenting your actions in a structured manner.
• Supporting the introduction of new IT solutions.
• Conducting short user training sessions.
• Collaborating closely with external service providers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Strong skills in error analysis and resolution, practical experience in technical support for end devices, networks, and applications.
• Information Technology & System Administration: Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure (Windows clients, basic server and network knowledge, security).
• Customer Orientation & Service Understanding: High service orientation, clear and understandable communication with internal users, ability to explain technical matters clearly.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Experience or willingness to train users, conduct short training sessions, and create understandable documentation and user manuals.
• Further Requirements:
• Completed apprenticeship or degree in IT or comparable qualification.
• Structured way of working.
• Good English skills (written and spoken).
• Willingness to collaborate in an international, entrepreneurial environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Pune City.
