About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Intern to support Stratzy’s social media presence, with a focus on Instagram. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, ownership, and consistency during the internship will have a high possibility of receiving a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) to join the Growth team full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Stratzy's Instagram page, including content planning, scheduling, posting and day-to-day management.
• Research trending topics, reels, formats and competitor pages to identify relevant content opportunities.
• Brainstorm creative ideas for reels, carousels, stories and other social media formats.
• Coordinate with the content, product and growth teams to plan and execute social media campaigns.
• Track engagement, reach, follower growth and other key performance metrics.
• Explore ways to improve content performance, audience engagement and overall social media presence.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Someone who is active on social media and understands current Instagram trends and content formats.
• A good sense of creativity, visual storytelling and what makes content engaging.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to come up with fresh ideas and take ownership of the page.
• An interest in financial markets, trading and investing.
• Prior fintech experience or affiliation is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
