Role: Field Executive
Company: My Assistant
Location: Across All Zones in Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard Service Partners, Drivers, and Local Shops.
- Onboard Service Workers / Drivers (facilitating ₹100 1st recharge).
- Onboard Local Shops / Stores (facilitating ₹200 1st recharge).
- Track live onboardings and commissions in real-time via the MY ASSISTANT Executive Dashboard.
Earning Potential
- 50% INSTANT FIRST RECHARGE COMMISSION:
- Onboard a Service Worker / Driver: Earn ₹50 instantly on their ₹100 1st recharge.
- Onboard a Local Shop / Store: Earn ₹100 instantly on their ₹200 1st recharge.
- 10% LIFETIME REPEAT COMMISSION (Royalty Income):
- Earn 10% commission for life on every future recharge by onboarded Workers, Drivers, or Local Shops.
- Potential to earn ₹35,000 to ₹60,000+ monthly by building a team of 200–300 active partners in one month.
- DAILY / INSTANT UPI PAYOUTS
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must have an Android Smartphone.
- Must have a 2-Wheeler (preferred).
- Access to the MY ASSISTANT App from the Google Play Store.
- Ability to set an Executive Code & UPI ID within the app.
Qualifications
- Freshers welcome.
- Experienced Field Sales Executives are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with onboarding for services like Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, Blinkit, Rapido, Uber, Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe is a huge plus.
- College students looking for high-income part-time field work.
