Client Relations Intern

About the Role

Lumion Studio is seeking a proactive and organized Client Relations Intern to manage client relationships and oversee their day-to-day social media operations. This role involves direct client interaction, understanding requirements, coordinating content, managing publishing schedules, and ensuring the smooth execution of social media activities. The focus is on communication, relationship management, coordination, and social media management, specifically for client Instagram and YouTube presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing client relationships and handling day-to-day communication.
• Understanding client requirements, collecting content, and sharing regular updates.
• Managing Instagram and YouTube accounts using Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio.
• Planning content calendars and managing publishing schedules.
• Coordinating content creation, reviewing videos, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitoring comments, DMs, and audience engagement.
• Tracking content performance and sharing insights.
• Ensuring client satisfaction and smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience using Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio.
• A laptop/computer and reliable internet connection.

Qualifications
