About the Role
- Designation: Junior Revenue Cycle Representative - AR fresher
- Job Location: Chennai
- Shift Timings: Night Shift (Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off)
- Shift Window: 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM (any 9 hours shift)
- Facility: Home pick-up and drop facility available
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies to resolve unpaid medical claims and investigate claim denials.
- Review and analyze outstanding insurance claims to ensure physician efforts are paid.
- Identify trends and communicate findings/errors to appropriate stakeholders in an effort to educate and eliminate future errors.
- Work with the insurance company on behalf of clients, represent them, and resolve claims within timelines and defined service levels.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- English communication skills (Good)
- Willingness to work in a fixed night shift
- Analytical skills (Good)
- Willingness to learn
Qualifications
- Any graduation degree
- Postgraduate (PG) graduates are eligible to apply.
Ineligibility
- Postgraduates and Diploma holders are not eligible.
- Life Science graduates are not eligible.
Compensation & Benefits
- Shift allowance of Rs. 75/day for days worked, reimbursed monthly.
