Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Social Media & Content Creation Intern to join our team at Visafy. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for managing Visafy's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, planning content, designing engaging posts, coming up with fresh creative ideas, and helping us build a strong online brand presence. We are looking for someone who doesn't just know how to post on social media but can also think creatively, understand trends, and suggest new ways to engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Planning

• Manage and handle Visafy's LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages
• Plan and schedule regular social media posts across platforms
• Develop weekly and monthly social media content calendars
• Ensure consistent posting and maintain the brand's online presence
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for engagement

Content Creation & Designing

• Create engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, and creatives
• Design visually appealing content using Canva or similar designing tools
• Write creative captions, headlines, and relevant hashtags
• Develop content around visa updates, travel, destinations, international education, and other relevant topics
• Create promotional and brand awareness content for Visafy

Creative Strategy & Growth

• Come up with fresh and innovative content ideas
• Suggest creative campaigns and social media strategies
• Research trending topics, reels, and content formats
• Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility
• Bring new ideas to strengthen Visafy's digital presence

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic designing tools
• Good written English and communication skills
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas
• Understanding of social media trends and content formats
• Good planning, organisational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Must have a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection

• Freshers and students looking to gain practical experience in digital marketing
• Candidates interested in social media management, branding, and content creation

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Prior experience in social media management or content creation
• Experience designing social media posts and carousels
• Familiarity with LinkedIn company pages and Instagram business accounts
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and audience engagement
• A portfolio of previously designed posts or social media work
