About the Role

The Tech Intern role at Healix Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North. The intern will support technical research initiatives by assisting with data collection, documentation, basic analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations. This role offers exposure to multidisciplinary projects in technology and innovation, with guidance from experienced professionals and opportunities to build practical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection, documentation, and basic analysis.
• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Help senior team members with feasibility studies.
• Review technical literature.
• Organize project information.
• Maintain internal knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with engineering and research staff to test simple hypotheses.
• Track project progress.
• Contribute to implementation plans.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, computer science, technology, or a related discipline.
• Foundational technical skills in one or more domains such as computer science, engineering, data science, or related fields, with the ability to learn new tools and frameworks quickly.
• Strong research and analytical abilities, including reviewing technical literature, synthesizing information, and presenting findings clearly.
• Proficiency in basic documentation and communication, including structured report writing, slide preparation, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with collaborative work, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, following project workflows, and receiving constructive feedback.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet agreed timelines.
• Interest in applied research, innovation, and working across sectors such as AI, robotics, healthcare, energy, or manufacturing.
• Ethical mindset and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory collaboration in diverse teams.
