About the Role
This is an apprentice role focused on Peptide Synthesis and Purification.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct lab experiments following prescribed methodology to assess workability of proposed ROS (across synthesis, purification, and isolation stages).
- Prepare reference standards.
- Understand and execute processes.
- Assist in technology transfer activities, including conducting and documenting relevant lab experiments.
- Participate in plant-transfer presentations to explain processes for hand-over.
- Respond to queries raised by the plant during production.
- Conduct scalable process development and demonstration at the plant.
- Prepare master formula and Technology Transfer Documents (TTD) and collate them as per tech transfer SOP.
- Adhere to SOPs/OPs, regulatory, and safety guidelines for all processes.
- Understand the requirement of QSM.
- Handle routine running of lab equipment (e.g., operating machines, weighing, and loading materials).
- Assist in the procurement of raw materials.
