About the Role

At Lane, you will learn and apply the essential skill of selling. Lane is rebuilding how India learns to drive, combining structured lessons with sensor technology to track driving behavior. The company has raised ₹8.5 Cr in pre-seed funding and has taught over 50,000 hours of driving.

The Role

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, understand their concerns about driving, and guide them to the appropriate Lane program. This involves managing the process from the initial call through to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

• Call leads, understand their needs, and recommend the right program
• Follow up and close enrolments
• Keep the CRM updated and ensure smooth handover of customers to operations
• Achieve weekly targets

Training & Growth

• 5-day paid onboarding before your first customer call
• Ongoing coaching from experienced sales trainers covering pitching, objection handling, closing, and live call reviews
• Close exposure to the leadership team at a fast-growing startup
• Clear growth path: Sales Associate → Senior Associate → Team Lead

Pay

• ₹30,000/month CTC
• Weekly incentives: Earn ₹4,000–5,000 per week for hitting your weekly target, paid with the next month's salary (up to ₹20,000 per month extra).

Qualifications

• Any graduate
• Fresher or up to 2 years’ experience
• Clear communicator in English and Hindi; a regional language is a plus
• Enjoys talking to people and is driven by targets

Work Details

• 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off
• Shifts: 9 AM–6 PM, 10 AM–7 PM, or 11 AM–8 PM
• Full-time, On-site role in Indiranagar, Bengaluru
