About the Role
CAREERPATHSFORALL (CPFA) is a startup focused on helping students and job seekers launch their careers with practical guidance and relevant job opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Internship role based in Delhi, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and gather insights on student and job seeker needs.
- Create and distribute marketing materials across digital and offline channels.
- Engage with prospective users and provide basic customer service support.
- Collaborate with team members on outreach initiatives.
- Participate in promotional events.
- Track key metrics to evaluate campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills.
- Sales and basic Marketing skills.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working on-site in Delhi, India.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, basic digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Interest in the education/career development sector.
