About the Role
The Crown and Palm Group is seeking outgoing and motivated individuals to join them as Brand Ambassadors. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, communication, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients directly to the public and help create positive, engaging customer experiences.
- Engage face-to-face with customers at events, retail activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Introduce products, services, and campaigns in a clear, confident, and professional manner.
- Answer customer questions and build genuine connections with the community.
- Assist with campaign execution, brand awareness, and customer acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to help achieve daily and weekly campaign goals.
Who You Are
- Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Positive, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Professional in both communication and appearance.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Interested in long-term growth opportunities in marketing and leadership.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or events is helpful but not required. Full training is provided.
