- Maintain all IT assets inventory (laptop, desktop, printer, network device, etc.) in ManageEngine Servicedesk ITAM portal with proper physical verification.
- Manage all user system backup & regular monitoring.
- Maintain IT ticketing tool in Servicedesk ticketing tool.
