Legal & Compliance Intern
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal & Compliance Intern to support our legal team in contract management, research, and compliance-related activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to real business scenarios and an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements such as NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contracts
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and case laws
- Support contract lifecycle management and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (business, finance, operations) to gather and provide legal inputs
- Assist in compliance tracking, documentation, and regulatory filings
- Prepare summaries, notes, and basic legal opinions under supervision
- Maintain and organize records of legal documents and agreements
Qualifications
- Pursuing LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB
- Strong interest in corporate law, contracts, and compliance
- Good understanding of legal concepts and documentation
Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail
- Good legal drafting and research skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
This is a 3-Month internship in Mumbai-Jogeshwari West.
