Founder's Office & Marketing Intern

About the Role

PeakPals is building multiple companies across fitness, technology, real estate, and consumer brands. This internship involves working directly with the founder to build, grow, and operate companies from the ground up. You will work across PeakPals, CreatorPal, and RealtyPal, with priorities shifting based on business needs. This role offers exposure to the entire startup-building process, from idea to execution to growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founder across PeakPals, CreatorPal, and RealtyPal on high-priority business and growth initiatives.
• Drive traction through outbound, social media, creator partnerships, SEO, content, community, and other growth experiments.
• Help launch and grow new products, including acquiring the first 100 users and customers.
• Support fundraising, investor outreach, market research, competitive research, decks, partnerships, and strategic projects.
• Take ownership of Founder’s Office tasks across operations, research, hiring, and any other requirements to move the businesses forward.
• Potential tasks include: getting the first 100 users, creator acquisition, outbound, social media, SEO, fundraising, partnerships, market research, hiring, or founder’s office projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Extremely high-agency, entrepreneurial, and proactive.
• Ability to figure things out independently.
• Strong communication, research, writing, and execution skills.
• Genuine interest in startups, marketing, technology, and business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in startups, entrepreneurship, growth, sales, content, or Founder’s Office is a plus, but not required.
