About the Role
This is a full-time, six-month internship based in Kodarma, Jharkhand. The role provides practical software development experience with guidance from experienced developers. A monthly stipend of ₹5,000 is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist developers with coding, debugging, and testing applications.
- Write clear, maintainable, and documented code.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Support the integration of new features and improvements.
- Collaborate to understand requirements.
- Prepare basic technical documentation.
- Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
- Learn and apply industry-standard tools and practices, including version control workflows.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational software development and programming skills in at least one language, such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- Analytical ability to understand requirements, investigate issues, and assess technical solutions.
- Clear communication skills for collaboration, sharing progress, and documentation.
- Interest in understanding how technical solutions support business and customer needs.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to work on-site in Kodarma.
Qualifications
- A diploma, undergraduate degree, or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field are preferred; equivalent demonstrated skills may also be considered.
