Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Create and schedule posts.
• Monitor engagement and analytics.
• Research trends and competitor activity.
• Support campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with mentors and team members to brainstorm content ideas, refine messaging, and maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and an interest in social media strategy and digital marketing.
• Ability to create clear, engaging written content and basic visual concepts for posts, stories, and short-form videos.
• Comfort with basic analytics tools (platform insights or third-party tools) and the ability to interpret engagement metrics and campaign performance.
• Strong research skills to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities that can inform content ideas and strategy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in an on-site team environment in Noida.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under guidance.
• Enrollment in or completion of a course in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
