About the Role
- Timings: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
- Workdays: Monday - Friday (from office)
- Saturday: Work from home
- Compensation: 2.5 - 4 LPA CTC
- Laptop will be from your end.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking online technical screenings of candidates for positions in AI, Java, Python, .NET, React, Angular, etc.
- Watching screening videos and prompting RLM to extract information on screenings.
- Take client feedback and improve on JD and questionnaire being used for different job openings.
- Conducting different kinds of analysis across our operations, including Screenings, Client interviews, CV received.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Background in B.Tech, B.E, BCA, MCA, or willingness to learn technical jargon quickly.
- Command on English and confidence in communication.
- Experience: 0 - 3 years.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Must be comfortable being intensively on calls and meetings.
- Ability to receive feedback and improve rapidly.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills (speaking and writing), rated at least 9/10 by friends.
