About the Role
Job Location: Gurgaon
Designation: Accounts Intern
Candidates currently based in Gurugram are preferred.
The Accounts Intern will assist the finance team with day-to-day accounting activities, including invoice processing, data entry, record maintenance, reconciliations, and basic GST/TDS-related work. The role will also involve supporting financial documentation and coordinating with internal teams and vendors as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Support invoice processing, data entry, and maintenance of accounting records.
- Assist in bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Support the team with GST and TDS-related documentation and compliance activities.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining proper documentation.
- Work on MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accounting-related requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Pursuing or recently completed a B.Com, BBA, or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP is preferred.
- Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
