Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join the team at Schbang. This role is for individuals who are curious about building a dream team and connecting people to opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Hunting: Source and scout for talent across LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
• Profile Screening: Review CVs to identify potential fits for roles.
• Candidate Conversations: Connect with candidates, understand their aspirations, and serve as their first point of contact.
• Interview Coordination: Ensure smooth interview processes and calendar alignment.
• Hiring Hustle: Support the TA team on live mandates across Creative, Design, and Solutions.
• Process & Tracker Management: Maintain updated hiring trackers and organized processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• People person who enjoys conversations and is comfortable making phone calls.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about the hiring process.
• Possesses good communication skills, an eye for detail, and is organized.
• Bonus points for familiarity with LinkedIn and ability to assess profiles.
